Our Return & Exchange Policy

At WAW Online Kade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your product.

Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days will not be accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet these conditions:

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Bank Transfer: If paid by cash, refund via bank transfer
  • Delivery Charges: Non-refundable unless we sent wrong/defective product

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the following scenarios:

  • Product Exchange: Replace with a different product of equal or higher value
  • Defective Product: Immediate replacement with the same product

Exchange Processing: Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product. The replacement will be shipped at no additional cost if the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Our Fault: We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or wrong products
  • Customer Request: Customer bears return shipping costs for change of mind or incorrect order
  • Pickup Service: We can arrange pickup from your location (charges may apply)
  • Secure Packaging: Please pack items securely to prevent damage during return transit
